Interactive learning tools for industrial electricity, PLCs, electrical safety, code study, and technical education—built around doing, seeing, testing, and understanding.
Students learn industrial technology by interacting with it. Veteran Training Lab turns technical concepts into visual, responsive training experiences that make cause and effect visible.
Operate controls, change values, test logic, watch signals move, and immediately see what the system does.
Training is organized around industrial electrical, automation, PLC, safety, code, and technician-level concepts.
Designed from an instructor's perspective: demonstrate a concept to a class, then let learners explore it themselves.
Start with PLCs and expand into electrical code, safety, theory, and exam preparation.
Interactive PLC instruction from Boolean logic through sequencing and troubleshooting.
Interactive NEC study built around code navigation, application, challenges, explanations, and exam preparation.
Electrical safety concepts brought to life through interactive scenarios, LOTO, shock, arc-flash, and fault-current training.
Interactive circuit theory and technical exam-preparation tools designed to reinforce classroom instruction.
This miniature demonstration shows the philosophy behind the full training arenas.
Veteran Training Lab is being built for the way CTE and industrial training actually happens: demonstrate a concept, let learners manipulate it, then reinforce the lesson through challenge and troubleshooting.
Use large, visual simulations to explain PLC scans, ladder logic, electrical relationships, sequencing, safety concepts, and troubleshooting in front of a class.
Let learners change values, operate controls, observe cause and effect, and connect calculations or logic to visible system behavior.
Reinforce concepts with interactive problems, diagnostic scenarios, exam preparation, and increasingly independent troubleshooting.

Veteran Training Lab was founded by Brandin Perkins, a U.S. Navy veteran and career technical educator with more than 24 years of CTE teaching experience.
During his Navy service, Perkins worked as a combat systems technician specializing in the NATO SeaSparrow system and completed multiple operational deployments. That technical background was followed by more than two decades in career and technical education, teaching students to understand electrical systems, industrial controls, automation, and related technologies.
Veteran Training Lab grew from the intersection of those two worlds: disciplined technical training and the day-to-day reality of teaching difficult concepts. The goal is to turn abstract material into something learners can operate, test, visualize, troubleshoot, and understand.
The platform is designed around visible cause and effect rather than passive content consumption.
Animated current paths, PLC states, timers, counters, waveforms, machinery, safety conditions, and calculations make invisible technical processes visible.
Push buttons, change presets, move sliders, alter logic, create faults, and interact with the same concepts an instructor is explaining.
Immediate feedback connects the learner's action to the underlying electrical, logical, mathematical, or safety principle.
No. The platform is designed to strengthen instruction, demonstration, practice, and independent review—not replace qualified instructors or required hands-on laboratory training.
Electrical and industrial technology students, apprentices, technicians, instructors, workforce programs, technical colleges, and other learners working with industrial electrical and automation concepts.
Not unless a specific product explicitly states otherwise. Training tools are educational resources and should not be represented as certification from NFPA, OSHA, NOCTI, Rockwell Automation, or other third parties.
Yes. Department and institutional licensing is part of the commercial plan. Final access limits, purchasing terms, and pricing will be published before enrollment opens.
Commercial subscription checkout is being prepared. This launch site establishes the product catalog and licensing structure while payment and account systems are connected.
